I had purchased groceries online in JioMart on 10th August 2020. When the delivery was made, a rice bag worth 939 Rs was not delivered, all other items got delivered. I’ve raised various complaints on their support email address as well on their Twitter handle to no avail. Other then raising a new SR number, no action has been taken by Jio mart thus far. Request the honorable consumer court to look into this and bring cheats like them to justice.
