Dear sir / madam,
My order ID 404-0953781-8161900 Adidas shoes priced 2750.00 rupees was ordered on 09/11/2021and it was delivered on 11/11/2021. But due to damaged and defective product, I requested for it’s returned .
The Amazon delivery agent (DA) called me on 13/11/2021 for pick up my item and came to pick up the product I mentioned above.
After few hours on same day another Amazon DA came to pick up same item and asked for it’s return but I told him the entire story and he went away without saying words.
The first Amazon delivery agent didn’t update my returned product when I checked it after few days.
After few days when I saw that my return is still scheduled then I called to Amazon customer care where I came to know that my product was not picked up by thier DA so far and it is still pending for pick up. This was a kind of shock to me . After that I raised my complaint many times and explained what happened in detail,they only promise me to resolve my issue and raised ticket against my complain. But they did not call back me for my issue. I called them almost 6 times during 18 November 2021 to 26 December 2021 for where about my product but not satisfied response was given by them.
I asked them that how this is possible that a unknown person that not authorised by you can pick up my order when this communication is between only customer (me) and DA of Amazon platform? There is no any full proof system in Amazon so that we can’t deliver to wrong person. They do not provide any OTP to customer when return is picked up by agent. And neither their agent called through personal mobile . Customer always receive call from Amazon platform.
Finally on 26 December Amazon customer executive told me that they can’t help in this matter to recover my product as it is my fault to give it to wrong person.
I feel cheated and tortured by their response to thier customer.
I want to you to help me that how can I file a legal case against them or their poor services.
