Ordered for two table top wash basins but only one item delivered.

Item not delivered – HISRE Wash Basin ( Black, Gold )Table Top.
Called several times on Amazon customer care but they refused to accept that any item is missing. I received only one item. Delivery boy delivered the package and vanished without giving any confirmation
