I have order ( 16764425700117196A) in JIO Mart on 15th Feb 2023 and order delivered on 17th Feb 2023, but one item (i.e. Amul Cheeze) is missing in that order. Now when i called at customer care they are saying they can accept complain within 6 days and today(24th Feb) is 7th day and not registered my complain. and not given refund or not given item
