Text of Complaint by Vamsikrishna:

Actually I order 2 half bone less chicken biryani with 2 lollipops packets , but I received only one lollipop packet , i raised this issue in Zomato customer care .but there not respond, what there said is at this moment we are enable to contact restuarant , so please kindly wait we will escalate this issue to our higher authority. With in 24 to 48 hours you will get solution , i waited for 2 days no mail , no message from Zomato . Again i chat with customer service at that time what there are saying we are now deal today concern only we can’t do anything this is 2 days back concern .
