one item is missed from the delivery and amazon marked it as delivered, there items were supposed to deliver but i got two and when i checked in the amazon tracking it was showing two items in box so i thought third will come later on but next day all items marked as delivered.
i called many times to amazon customer care but no proper response at last i tired and request them to investigate it. then they said it will take 5-7 days to investigate and i have to call them again for status.
i have few questions.
1. why delivery agent said that one missing item i.e. cello bottles will deliver by today (24th Jul 22) as i am on my way.
2. I didn’t share OTP with delivery agent for delivered two items then they marked them as delivered.
3. why amazon customer care guys marked my complaint as i don’t want investigation.
4. why i need to waste my time for these kind of mess.

We can clearly see in screen shot it is showing three items with same tracking ID but in below they have mentioned two items in the box Printer and Apple pencil.
this one cello bottles are missed.
and they have all them as delivered.
