Text of Complaint by SOUMITRA SANTRA:

Dear Sir/Madam, I, Soumitra Santra, want to cancel my subcription of “Dhani One Freedom card”, because I can’t afford the subcription charges. I don’t want any credit from Dhani. I have some dues in EMI form. I am ready to pay all the dues/EMI now. I already tried to pay all the dues at Dhani app. But, I can’t found the link of the forclosure payment.
They have given me a credit line of rs. 5000/-, in which I can use 10% daily, which is divided into three installments(for three months) for repayment.
I have used some credit for shopping. I want to pay the whole credit amount at a time and cancel the subsciption immedietely. I already contacted to their Customer care for this. But, they compelled me to repayment the dues in three EMI for three months. And for these three months, they will charge Rs. 199/- (Dhani one freedom card monthly subsciption charge)every month. They also said, “you have to use the all credit line amont(Rs.5000/-). When I am going to cancel the subcription, the error massege showing like that(please see attachment).
Please help me to cancel the subcription.
