Text of Complaint by RAHUL SANTOSH THAKARE:

I have bill of one card worth 1,27,000. I paid the whole bill. then one card executive told me that i have interest of 2800 you pay that bill we will unblock your card. I also paid the bill. the they block my card without giving me any information. I called there customer care they told me to submit two references and address proof. I also provide details. then they called me after 3 days and told me that your card can not be unblocked as reference not pick call. they only called 2 times. I request them to another procedure to unblock card. they denied. I asked them to connect with higher authority that they also denied. Now they left me helpless and not unblocking my card.
