I have applied for one card on 9/12/23 , for which I have done fixed deposit of 25000/-
But My application was unsuccessful due to kyc problems .
According to one card message , they will refund fd amount id card is not activated by 2days .
Its 10days now , still my fd amount is not refunded,
After mailing them for 3times .
No response on customer care (as we are not able to talk with representative )
Even they say they will reply back to query in 48hours (still no response on mail )
