Respected sir/ madam,
I’ve made 2 purchases in online using my one card and converted to EMI. As I don’t like the purchases and return those products and the money has been successfully credited to one card. And after a few days I contacted a customer support and told to close my EMI as the full money which I spend was successfully refunded and he too guaranteed me of the closure. But still after that the team is contacting and asking me to pay the EMI. And a customer care executive said. That I have to inform inorder to close my EMI and it’s too late so we can’t help now. And u have to pay the total outstanding amount. Please help me with this.
