Sir i have one card with limit 45000rs and i have done transaction on cred app for rent payment with my one card on 31-07-2023 of amount 44200rs, becoz of using 3rd party app like cred i have been charged extra amount of 718rs approx and totally it was shown 44920rs for that transaction which is under my limit and transaction was success.
After successful transaction one card charged me 1% extra which was not at all intimated before transaction which is around 490rs due to which my card outstanding went to 45490rs approx which was gone to over limit due to their 1% charge and again they put a charge of 480rs over limit charges again so totally one card charged me 1050rs approx extra
for that i have contacted them they are telling that for transfer category transaction 1% is the charge due to that my card went to over limit and charged 480rs extra which is pure fraud that banks credit card are looting by creating charge and that make card to over limit so that they can charge extra for over limit which is purly the biggest frauds openly now a days
plz i req u to tell them to wave off the charges which was not intimated before transaction, if i have know that before transaction that i would have not done it 100% becoz who wants to be charged extra?
