I hope this email finds someone who can actually help me out because I’m at my wit’s end with the whole situation. I can’t believe I have to resort to writing this email, but it seems like you guys are just not getting the message.

Okay, so here’s the deal. I’ve been a pretty loyal customer of one card but right now, I’m feeling like I’m getting the short end of the stick. I’ve paid off all my dues and decided to finally close my credit card account. Simple, right? Well, apparently not for you guys.

I’ve been trying to close this account for what feels like forever. I’ve called, I’ve sent in forms, I’ve done everything short of sending a carrier pigeon, and yet, my account is still alive and kicking. I mean, seriously? How hard can it be to close an account?

But wait, it gets better. You guys also have my Fixed Deposit as some kind of security backup, which I understand. But now that I’ve closed the account, where’s my money? It’s like you’re holding it hostage or something. I thought we were past the point of me constantly chasing after you.

Here’s the deal: I need my Fixed Deposit back. Like, yesterday. I’m giving you 2 days to sort this mess out and put my money back where it belongs. If that doesn’t happen, I’m not just going to sit here and fume silently. Nope, I’ll be taking this up with the big guns – the Reserve Bank of India. Yeah, I’m willing to go there.

I’m not looking for fancy apologies or corporate jargon. All I want is my money back and this whole mess sorted out. It’s not too much to ask, right?

I’m really hoping someone over there is actually paying attention and can help me out. Please, for the love of sanity, get in touch with me and let me know what’s going on and when I can finally put this headache behind me.
