My phone is under insurance and my phone got damaged and filed a in online app of the insurance company about it and they called and asked to fill the details i did it.. while filling it the date of damaged the date i mentioned was 7th september and becuase of my phone is damaged and it hangs so the date got changed i didnt see that and i subbmitted the claim. And after that i received the call from the company that the phone will not be claimed becuase of delay in claim.. now the phone is damaged and it hangs then what is my fault.. for phone damage we are getting insurance and becuase of the damage the date is changed automatically then what can the customers do..
