I have made request to convert my existing connections into one Airtel plan. I have raised requests about 8 times, got a call back every time, but no action at all.
it is seriously frustrating and I am a platinum customer with Airtel prepaid 3 connections, Airtel broadband, DTH, post paid etc,
I am going to cancel all my connections and switch to other users.
