Dear Sir/madam
I have a airtel black plan with the no 9431727818 and on that we got three postpaid connection and one DTH connection. But in the month of Novemeber I got a call from airtel on which they tell me about the free sim and for that confirmation I visited the Airtel outlet Dhanbad and they confess the same and asked me that can I issue it to you. and no charges will be levied for that. And now when I see the bill details and then visit the airtel outlet then there one madam named Shashi told me that it will be wrongly charged and the will waive off the charges and you dont call to customer care. Because I went the store on 16th i.e. the last day for payment. and on their suggestion for not to do payment then I asked for the late fee. Then they answer then it will not charge and if then I will pay you dont worry. But if no response from their side then I do contact to customer care where they cleared that your plan is not converted to new one.
In all the scenerio I want to know where is my fault. Is my fault is that , that I believe on you guys. Why should I suffer if any one suffer then you have to suffer because its your fault. I request you to clearify how will you adjust this 598 Rs(i.e. 299+299) and I am also not going to pay late fee for that one. You dont have to sit any person to their outlet. You must have to give proper training to them about your plan and everything. they always tells lie. In DTH also they told me that you can remove channels which you dont like and its reduce the payment amount. I short they conveince the customer by speaking what ever they speak to convene by taking people in black.
Please take action also on these peoples.
