I had refer to my cousin for new tata sky dish connecting,

As per customer care service of tata sky when tata sky customer refer to new customer the refere will get RS300. Recharge free of his tatasky network which promise by tatasky customer care person.

But this Rs300 refund was not done by tatasky

Now they telling this is not possible to refund.this is totally fraud done by tatasky customer service I strongly complain to tatasky.

Kindly do needful on this
