On receiving a wrong product instead of the product that I’ve originally ordered for and not getting it replaced

Hi team,
I am Peter reuben . I ordered zebronics Zeb lucid RGB mic on 6 th of August. On 7th of august I received 2 mojito bottles . Since I was not at home my aunt received the product and hence she was not able to confirm with whether the product was the one that I ordered. I also went to raise a complaint on the same day to the customer care. They asked me to wait for 5 days since they need to do background investigation on the delivered item. Meanwhile they asked me to send a picture of the received item along with a paper note having my user I’d and phone number and send a pic to them. I also sent them the pic as they asked for on the same day. But since then I didn’t receive any update from Amazon. Today when I contacted them they say that they gave us only the correct product and there is no mistake from their side. I didn’t expect such irresponsible reply from Amazon. Even after I have sent them the product details of what product I have ordered and what product they have given me they are giving such irresponsible reply. They say they received such reply from backend team stating I have been delivered the correct product. They also asked me to mail team ofm mail id and from there also I get this same response. No one is ready to take responsibility for this. This makes me so frustated.I request your help in this issue.
