I did book ticket in train no. 13352 and the PNR 4765670952 from Salem to Chennai on 10th April 23. The train got cancelled all of a sudden and I was informed through a text just a day before. I have to eventually book a premium tatkal ticket for sleeper which costed me Rs. 1009 to return to work and it was unavoidable. Now Im getting a refund msg from IRCTC for Rs. 600 inplace of Rs. 635. Why is the cancellation charges be put on the public when it was not our choice to cancel the ticket.
