The product I get is old and torn and there is no option to return the product. I think the site is fake. Contact no is also wrong. Sold by perfect shop address on paket is  9582044379 shyam Block Kailash Nagar gandhinagar new delhi 110031

Dear Sir,

I have made purchased a saree on Sat,Mar 02nd ’19 with an amount of Rs.1299/- (Twelve Hundred and Ninty-nine) with order number ORDER # 1903021655399750 through online from Zippyfab.com for my mother to present her as a gift on women’s day (08-March-2019), before buying I have communicated with the team and as per their online site, I have made an order, which was confirmed to me by a SMS also. Saree was delivered on 06-Mar-2019 and I have made payment through Google pay upon the delivery, wherein the delivery guy insisted me of taking the delivery only after payment, I had paid the money and opened the pack in front of the delivery guy, then was to my shock the saree delivered was very poor quality and in no match with the saree I ordered online. The delivery guy mentioned to create a return request through online and they will return my money back. Since then I am communicating with the team and I have received no response for my calls, my sms, my emails and also whatsapp communication. The very purpose of giving a gift to my mother on womens day occasion was lost which created much pain to me as the saree ordered was liked very much by my mother and it was her special choice, knowing the fact it was her womens day gift, I couldn’t face her on the said day, I was disturbed mentally and physically by the online site. Request you to take proper action on them and plead you to make few regulations where the consumers will not be deceived and lost their money and suffer.

 

Please the below information, image1 shows the saree ordered by me and image2 shows the saree delivered, image3 shows the same in their website, still showing under shipped status, no return option is available.
