Text of Complaint by Ghan Shyam Singh:

On 05 May 2020, I received a call through mobile No 7359907083 from Gujrat Mobile  tele as per true caller id  he verified himself to me as Vivek Sharma, HR of Nova Tech Enterprises. Mr Vivek Sharma told me about the on line home based data entry job and he sent me a ppt of Nova Tech Enterprises about the form filling job being provided on line by their company Nova Tech Enterprises. The registration of the same was being provided free, however he told me that Registration fee Rs 4900/- will be deducted from your first week salary which was approx between Rs 16k to 18k.

They asked my id and signature to complete registration. I fwd both to Mr Vivek Sharma. He fwd me agreement copy which bear a date of Feb 2020 and when I asked that why this has a date Feb 2020, he told that this just a formality. Then he fwd me one log in id and password  NTE329000 AND 254808. He told me that I will start working online with effect from 07 May 2020. This work of 640 forms filling  was required to be completed by 13 May 2020.

On morning 08 May 2020, my id was blocked and when I contacted Mr Vivek Sharma he gave me a customer helpline Number 9737728766. The help line representative told me that you have done multiple/mobile login and hence you required to pay the  penalty charges Rs 7999/- as per agreement. When I refused to pay he told that a FIR complaint is being lodged at Ahmednagar. He persuaded me to pay the amount to start working and there will be no loss to me since penalty amount is refundable as per agreement.

On 08 May 20, at approx 1531h I received a SMS from VM-MHDEST that Advocate Rajendra Thakur contact No 7096244376 has Lodged A FIR Number AGR/NG/8928/LC25 under Article 73, 74, 465, Clear the project loss amount of Rs 39,963/-.

So on being counselled by his company Advocate Mr Rajendra Thakur on mobile No 7096244376, I agreed to pay and paid the server maintenance charges Rs 7999/- on goggle pay account No 7698312940  in two installments of Rs 5000/- on 08 May 20 and Rs 2999/- on 09 May 20 in the name of  Maniya Manjuben Vallabhbhai as per receitp. 

On 09 May 2020, he unblocked my id and I further started work, on that day I further recd a SMS from QP-MHDEST stating that my case cancellation request has been recd at Distt Court Ahmednagar and I have to be present on 07 Sep 2020 at 1135 AM with application charges of Rs 9963/- to collect Non-Objection Certificate.

After payment of server maintenance charges of Rs 7999/- they have regularly assisted me and unblocked the ID several times as and when I complained to helpline.

On 14 May 2020, I completed complete data filling work of 640 forms, and on 15 May 2020 when I re-checking I recd a msg that Can’t connect securely to this web page, please contact  to Website’s Owner. And  when I contacted helpline he replied to leave it since a QC report is being Generated by system on completion of the task.

On 15 May 2020, at about  1154h, I received a QC Report bearing Report No 10987 dt 15 May 2020, in which it was reflected that I carried out 536 correct data entries and 104 incorrect data entries and user is not eligible for salary. It is also mentioned in the report that User is liable to make correction in the Data entered by him and user can buy correction panel at his own cost as the data is confidential. It was also given under footnote Amount paid by user for correction panel will be refunded back as the data will be received as per terms and condition of the Company.

The, Then Mr Rahul Sah contacted me on his contact No 9574752363 and told me to buy correction panel at Rs 10,568/- and since this amount was refundable, I paid it on 15 May 2020 at 1254h in the same google pay account No 7698312940  in the name of  Maniya Manjuben Vallabhbhai as per receipt.

After payment of Rs 10, 568/- Mr Rahul Sah told me to log in and correct the incorrect data. When I recd log in ID he told me that that this is auto correct ID generated and all data has been autocorrected.  Later he asked me send my account No in which I wish to take payment, I gave my account No and IFSC code Number to make payment of salary and refundable amounts.  Later he told me that your salary has been generated but payment stop by the Company for want of NOC against the lodged complained of service blocking. I told him that I will get the NOC in 07 Sep 2020 as per message received from Advocate Rajendra Thakur.  Mr told me that again asked him otherwise amount will be released on receipt of NOC. So I spoke to Mr Rajendra Thakur on his Mobile No 7096244376 on 15 May 2020.

16 May 2020, when Mr Rajendra Thakur, Advocate had given me assurance that he will provide NOC on line within two days since NOVA Tech Enterprises has withdrawal  his complain. For that he told me that I have to approach for NOC on behalf through company account by depositing a sum of Rs 15,530/- in company account, in that case I will be immediately issued a DD of Rs 12,630/-  which I have to deposit in my own account and balance Rs 2900/- will be adjusted against court fee charges. He also confirmed that my NOC will be sent on my mail ID and by sending it I will be paid by the company. Accordingly, I paid the amount on Nova Tech Enterprises Goggle Pay Account No 7698312940  in the name of  Maniya Manjuben Vallabhbhai as per receipt.

On 16 May 2020, at 1523h, when I contacted Mr Rajendra Thakur he told me that Mr Anil Pratap who is doing Notary had gone somewhere, my junior is already there in the court probably your  NOC work has been done. I will inform you exactly about NOC by 1700h todady else done on Monday, 18 May 20.

On 18 May 2020, AT ABOUT 1157H, when i called Mr Rajendra Thakur, he informed me that Mr Anil Pratap who is doing notary, was not present in the court. He went  to  his home since one of his family member has been declared Corona Positive. Your NOC is waiting for stamp and other person will require extra money. So you please wait for this Week. NOC will be sent to you once he come back by end of this week.

On 23 May 2020, I have attended the call from mobile Number 9624857797 and caller introduced  himself to me as Advocate Anil Pratap Singh, Distt Court Ahmednagar, and he further told me to be present at Ahmednagar Court on 26 May 2020 to collect NOC and for that I have to deposit Rs 21,980/- as application/docket Charges. When I told the person that I have already paid entire fee amount to Mr Rajendra Thakur as Rs 15530/- for issue of NOC, he argued me that you have paid for NOC and not for docket charges since the issuing responsibility of  docket number is rest with him. I shocked on it, and started calling Mr Rajendra Thakur since then on his mobile number No 7096244376, since 23 May 2020, HOWEVER NO RESPONSE FROM HIM ” COMPUTER REPLY IS THAT CHECK DIALED NO / NO NOT IN USE/SWITCH OFF ETC.

I  tried to contact all other contacts of NOVA Tech Enterprises, however nobody had attended yet. Only Mr Rahul Sah has replied at about 1440h on 23 May 2020 and he also said to get it cleared and take salary payment.  But due to frequent problems of asking money in a chain manner by the persons of the NOVA TECH ENTERPRISES made me worried about the on line data entry fraud.

I am having A to Z telecall recording in my mobile phone and all payment details and docus soft copy of ppt and agreement as a proof.

Now, I am requesting to  suggest further action. A strict action to be initiated against the fraud company NOVA Tech Enterprises and associated persons, So that I received back my entire money with job work salary.
