On the instagram I have seen an advertisement from the website dealsaga.in and ordered a sleeping bag worth rs. 499 and it added 89 rs. As delivery charges then I done the deal they confirmed my order on my email then after that they are not processing my order futher

There is no option available for attachment as for now and I have paid through google pay. I have also provided the link where you can see the order has been confirmed and order Id: 11989.
I have been trying to contact the number in “contact us” as it is unreachable everytime.
Same thing happened with me. This company should pay for such fraud.
I have done two orders but yes, none of the email addresses work on the given website I am pretty sure it is a fraud which isn’t been looked at by the appropriate authorities. I request the concerned authority to look into this as it is disturbing to see that such online retailers exist even after when we have such strong law and order.
