Dear Team,
I have been using the Airtel services from last 5 years and also i referred my family members and done a portability with out their complete acceptance and now for the number of 9291701691 there is a bill payment pending and he being a senior citizen unable to access the online services and also stores not opened for covid and from there services are stopped and incoming calls are also stopped and getting frequent calls on daily basis for the payment instead no one is ready to hear the problem only required payment and asking to pay for 5 months where is calls has been stopped in march please resolve
