I have placed a order of 1999/- rs on july 15 and due to damage of product i returned it but till tiday i.e., 24-08-2023 u haven’t received my refund i even contacted amazon they aate just delaying the process.
Second issue a pre paid product was returned without even contacting me and for that product i have to wait more 5 days
Another issue a return product pickup is delayed
