On Amazon app, We have ordered by paying a Cycle on Thursday 4th May 2023 that supposed to be deliver on Friday 5th May at 9pm being a Prime Membership I expected to be deliver on time, but it didn’t delivered on 5th may and it got rescheduled to Saturday 6th May at 9pm.
I called to customer care and asked the reason why the delivery team not contacted me they are rescheduling the order. We did not wanted delivery on Saturday 6th May as We were gone out So I requested to customer care to deliver on Sunday 7th May morning, but Sunday morning also it didn’t delivered then we called 2nd time to customer care to know the reason …they again promised that it will deliver 9am-11am, after that till night we waited and no response or status update and ordered didn’t delivered.
in App, There status is till the old out for delivery on 6th May. On Monday Morning also the status was showing out for delivery on 6th may, then we again 3rd time called to the customer care to know the reason again they vaguely done the same thing…their customer care again escalated to the delivery team and promised me that the delivery team will call you within 24hours.
I just wanted to know why the delivery logistic team so reckless and careless. They didn’t followed up with me. I already paid to this ordered and I had some commitments to receive this order. I got embarrassed around my people to not represent this order…It wasted my time and money. I could have buy this from shop at same price.
