Through MakeMyTrip app i booked a bus ticket for January 23 2022, but unfortunately all omnibus cancelled throughout Tamilnadu so the refund amount is not proceed, i tried to contact through customer care number and mail id but i couldn’t solve my issue one main thing is without solving issue on my refund they mail me ur ticket is closed
