I sold my car MH04FR4545 on OLX Auto on 24 June 2023. But according to OLX policy they hold back ₹10,000/- which was suppose to be received by 6 months or less but it’s been more then 15 months still i didnot received my amount. I have already a complaint about the issue to OLX support team but no action is yet taken. They just give the excuses about Car number being incorrect. I had mailed and called them many times. I even requested them to allow me to talk to there seniors but they never call or mail me back only I have to approach them every time. I have already send them my RC book, car photo, loan closure letter and also bank account transaction ID where I received the amount when I sold my car.
