Dear Sirs

This is to inform you that my old SIM was not working so I visited the AIRTEL store at Mumbai, Fort area and took new SIM (8991922204036401664U yesterday i.e 30.1.2023 and as instructed by AIRTEL person I sent email to enterprise@in.airtel.com to activate my SIM. But till today/now it has not been activated nor I got any message for activation. For the reason my number is not working, and I am losing my business clients. May I therefore request you to please lookinto this in higher priority and activate my number as early as possible.
