I ordered a FossilMachine Analog Black Dial Men’s Watch-FS4656 on 22nd Nov through Amazon app. Delivered on 23rd Nov,2018. The product was not up to the quality as per the image so i placed the return request (Couldn’t take the picture because unfortunately i can’t predict the future). That was the closest option i could locate.
The order was picked up on 24th Nov (AmzAgent +917249907770 PIN 1649)
I waited till 27th for the refund and then called customer care, i was told that i should get it by 29th/30th November.
I again waited and then called back on 4th December. I get a shocking reply from customer care executive that they received an old or different product. I returned back what was delivered to me. I am not sure how to put that forward in much simpler words. At this point, i neither have the product, nor the money.
Also, i wouldn’t have known this is the case i wouldn’t have called on 4th Dec. Why was this not conveyed to me during the first call. If the issue was serious, Amazon should have called me for the clarification.
It will be very much appreciable if you could please do a thorough investigation on this. Something was messed up at Warehouse level or delivery agent messed the item up & returned a different or old item. The product looked old & different to that of the image at the first place, that was my reason of return.
The least i could expect from Amazon at this point is if you claim that you have received a different product, please return back the product. I have anyhow made the payment & according to their emails they claim that “i have the original product” which is not true. At this point in time, i have lost 9495 Rs & i don’t have the product. I could probably gift it someone who might like it.
