my old recharge of my mobile no.9345284455 was 2999 /365 days scheme which had 15 days validity until 23.03.2023.
When I recharged today on 08.03.2023 for 1799 / 365 days scheme as a precaution and well in advance my old validity was not showing in the Airtel Thanks App – it showed only 364 days validity.
please do the needful to restore my validity of the old plan & after that activate my new plan
