Text of Complaint by Ashish Kumar Sharma:

I have purches a new brand Lenovo K8 NoteĀ 64gb venom black, from Paytm mall on 10th of october and its deliverd to me on 13th of october, And after open phone when i was searching warrenty and all, what i got is that in lenovo official website its shows 61 days remaing for you warrenty expire, for reconform i talk with lenovo customer care executive he also narrate me that its only 61 days remaing to expire your warrenty and your charger warrenty is dead. So i raiee message to paytm mall executive regarding my issue but they are not give any solutin till now i also ask them to replace my order an i could not see any replace section in the option its only return option available but they are not taking any step and i also trying to reach then via call but even after waiting for 35 – 40 min on hold i could not get my no to talk with customer care executinve.So i want just to replace my order or if cancel then please refund my money as soon as possible.
