I ordered an item from Instagram through https://www.pakkrumi.shop/ on 8th Feb 2024, and today 12th Feb 2024 I received it through Delhivery pvt ltd courier. I paid 871 rupees by scanning the qr code from delivery agent and opened the package which contain an old damaged cloth instead of a new dress. I found that same thing happening with many people before it become a huge issue we need to stop this problem. their return policy also saying that we need to send back this shipment through courier to their address but on the courier package there is no address mentioned. Kindly look into this issue I attaching the proof of purchase.
