Paytm doing fraud with customers, they do not give old account wallet balance or they do not transfer wallet balnce to new account. i am requesting many times for transfering my money to new account but do not respond. Now they all close customer care number they only give writing help in app only . They dont dave any service to contact them . They connect only with order id . Please help me
