Text of Complaint by Meera:

I took a ride worth 174/- and chose cash payment.
I also paid the driver 180/-.
After 2 days I get reminders from Ola stating my postpaid account due of 174/- is pending.
I never opted for any postpaid account.
Moreover the ride was already settled with driver yet there continues to be harassment regarding postpaid settlement
