On 22nd April, 2023, I booked a ride on Ola. After reaching the destination, driver told me to pay upfront in cash, as the bill was not generated at that time. Ola app was not working properly and it was not showing the drop location as well. He asked me to pay otherwise it will be an issue for him. So I paid him the amount (Rs. 331) which was displayed while booking the ride.
I am getting hundreds of spam calls daily to pay. I asked them to contact the auto driver once and get the details. I have phone number of auto driver, I also have witnesses who were there when I paid. Now they are giving me the threatening calls.
