I have purchased Ola S1 Pro on 15th December with 1 Lakh 59 thousand rupeees.
They have promised to give home service and i have Ola care plus.
on 20th July the serviceman came to upgrade suspension Fork arm after that my scooter front suspension is not working properly. It became very stiff and i can hardly handle the scooter. it bouncing on smooth roads also. i have raised complaint thrugh their app. They never come in time. its been 15 Days still they are not giving me service.
their service man misbehaves in call.
If i get an accident due to this who will be responsible ?
they never give service to anyone.
