Hello ,
My ola electric Scooter shuts off randomly while charging on 05/04/2023 night. I contacted customer care and they told me they cannot tow my vehicle to the service center as they can only tow them to my home from the current location. Fine . Later they advice me that they’ll sent a technician at a cost of 499 + GST and i confirmed it. They told me the Technician would arrive within 48 hours which he didn’t. 4 days passed , the scooter is sitting on my garage. By this time i spot a series of sound and slight smoke and i was desperately calling urging customer care about the issue and to take the problems seriously and they told me to wait again for 48 hours. I shouted my scooter is going to burn and they where like “we have limitations from our end sir” and other generic responses. 6 days passed and the scooter is still in my garage sitting like a ticking time bomb. I called customer care today and the same generic dialogue like “please wait for 24 hours”.
