I have ordered Ola electric S1 on 24th march and after that i got no any positive response from its customer care first they delayed my document verification which takes 15 days and when ever i call thair customer care they have only one answer that we have noted your issue and it will resolve but not give any staus about our quary they don’t know or don’t tell us what exactly problem occurs due to which my delivery delayed now also my scooter is at Rajkot Distribution centre arrived week ago but they don’t deliver it to my location vadodara and customer care say that our team is on it but from the week Rajkot Distribution center representatives says their is no update regarding your delivery
