I purchased ola electric scooter on 19th March and just after 10 days the screen became dead in the middle of the road. I can’t unlock the handle can’t open the boot can’t start my scooter. I called customer service and they said a technician will come and help me out at the earliest but it’s been 3 days still no one has arrived. Everyday I call the customer service and they ask me not to worry my complaint has been registered and the technician will come but I don’t know when. My new scooter is at a stranger’s backyard in the open under the heat and rain and dust for 3 days and they are carefree. Please help me out.
