I have OLA S1 Pro Gen 2, i had vehicle break down yesterday, when i called the company customer care, they are asking me to pay 2999/- for towing the vehicle, but it is the problem of the their product which is faulty and the vehicle is not getting on i it has been one day i have parked my faulty vehicle in the middle of the street
