OLA POSTPAID
I am a regular user of Ola service & believed Ola postpaid is for customer ease. I’m sorry to say about my experience with Ola Postpaid. It’s disappointing that I was charged unfairly and that my complaints were not addressed. Additionally, the driver’s behaviour of taking cash and asking to end the trip mid-way was unacceptable. Add to it I feel harassed by the Ola team’s excessive calls without providing a resolution, which is entirely unacceptable. Threats of any kind are not acceptable. Being a service provider they should be helpful. I don’t know if ever I will get a solution to this issue.
