I was charged on Ola Money on 29th June while I took a cab to airport. The money is showing deducted from my Ola wallet which I have not used. I paid the driver via google pay. Infact the amount was 960 and the driver took Rs. 1020 from me.
Now I am getting constant calls from Ola to pay the Ola postpaid bill, which is not a payment that I made.
I have tried raising the concern on the OLA app but received no aid, rather I am being harassed with constant calls from Ola inspite having explained the situation multiple times.

Same thing happened with me i have paid through cash to the driver i didn’t even use wallet and now I’m getting calls from ola ….on app its showing payment made by cash
