I Have booked OLA and I have utilized the OLA postpaid with 257 rupees on oct- 08 -2022 (CRN- 6722836160) after 16 days I have received message with penalty of additionally 50 /- . Now I have to pay to OLA with total amount of 307 /- that means OLA charged me 20 % more amount for the 16 days .
That means if I have not paid for 1 year they will charge me 240 % PA to the actual amount. Which is not acceptable.
In what way they are charging from customer with that penalty.
