Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased Ola S1 Air scooter on 28 Oct 2023, When I purchase there were damage of side mirror and they took 2 days to fix and delivered. After that I took it my native 100km from the Ola Experiance center. On Jan 23rd 2024 the scooter suddenly stopped in the middile of road while my fater-in-law driving and I called customer care and they said will contact you in 24hrs after that no call from them, I waited 2 days and no single call from them. I called again after 2 days and they said same story that our tech person will call you in 24hr but no calls. 2 days back I have received OS4 update and it’s failed to install and I raised a separate request for that and the same story that our backend team will call.

poor service center they dosent do proper servicing of scooter also you dosent get slot for servicing in emergencies also they dont give you road side assitance
given above few circumstances i request the consumer court to investigate this matter and take proper actions regarding this.
