I booked an Ola Parcel Delivery on 13 August around 10:45 AM. The rider picked the parcel at 10:57 AM.
After that, the parcel was never delivered. He picked up once after I called him 10 times and said he got into a fight and will deliver the same.
This was 2 hours ago and now he is not picking up the call. The parcel had some clothes, which is fine, but it also had an old aadhar card, which I cannot regenerate.
I absolutely need it.
