I am a regular user of OLA service for my daily commute. Plus I am a OLA postpaid member too.
I would like to know is OLA postpaid for customers convenience or to torcher the customers.
I would like to share the my worst experience.
I booked OLA ride on 28th Aug 22 around 4 PM
Bike driver came asked me OTP and then said ” you cancel the ride I will drop you with OLA booking and you pay me in CASH. I denied, because I am more comfortable with OLA Postpaid, Its easy for me to track my ride expenses and I clear the duest twice in a month so I denied.
He said fine then I will not take you to the drop location, and you can check on 4.20 he started the ride and on 4.21 he completed the ride. Definently with in 1 minute ride can’t be completed.

Second I booked my bike ride at Karol bagh (Near Hanumaan Murti) Rider came asked me OTP and said I dont know where to go, you start the google map, I started the navigation. after couple of meters ride he stopped at the petrol station and said I am paying in cash at the petrol pump and you will pay me online, it is not fair you pay cash here at the petrol station.
I denied because again my payment mode was OLA MOMEY. He asked me to get down & ended the ride and went off.

I am writing this email as a complaint against above mentioned drivers for their misbehaviour & unprofessionalism.
And if this is the case I don’t wnat to contne with OLA MOMEY, it is a punishment to use ola MONEY.
