I placed the order on 09 August 2024 at 3:50 PM and funny thing is it still shows Food is on the way. The delivery executive never picked up the call. This is happening the second time first time also they didn’t refund the money but this time I’m not going to leave them because this scam is being run and should be stopped. I raised the ticket with OLA support from the app on same day but till now no response/
