In Bhopal Ola service provides many issues .
Complaint is not regarding taxi driver.

Complaint against Ola because they not doing or audit proper services provide to customer

Many issues are there in that few Important are listed
1. After booking they will call and ask cash or online if we tells online they will cancel ride, some rider keeps without cancelling as well.
2. After booking they will use different routes and will increase the price at the end we have to pay additional payment than estimated.

Ola support is just to choose categories options, there is no place to inform exact problems.

I’m attaching latest one problem details which is estimated price different.
