Hi Team,

Last year on 4th May 2022 I had used OLA cab services from my home to Bangalore Airport and the total ride estimate had shown as 881 which I had paid via PhonePe before the completion of the ride. The luggage was more hence the driver had asked for tip and since it was morning and we were in a hurry to reach airport we had also paid in cash. After that I had not used OLA since I was in my hometown then suddenly when I checked after 1 month it started showing me that the due amount was 589 and to clear the outstanding amount. But I could not do anything since by then the invoice got already generated. Since it was not my fault and I couldn’t speak to OLA support since there is no customer care number hence I did not do anything and stopped using OLA. Now suddenly from last month I started getting messages and then fraud calls saying legal action will be taken against me and my CIBIL score is already affected and there will be police action against me. This is simply happening for no fault of mine and I am being harassed un- necessarily. Please help me.
