Ola is charging me for Ola postpaid money whereas I’ve never used it. On 13th June 2022, I took a ride to the airport where I paid 1028 rs directly to the driver. Still, Ola charged me for using postpaid, a similar thing happened in Jabalpur where I took a ride and paid cash 211 rs to the driver, and ola charged me postpaid, Now OLA is charging me additional 100 rs fine. I tried to speak to OLA customer care however they have the worst service, still waiting for their response, I’m not able to use OLA as it is asking me to clear dues.
