I’d like to bring into notice of Indian Citizens, on rejection of current on going treatment to that Our Father Jawai Satyanarayana Goud. We Purchased policy from Ola Health Insurance which has a tie-up with Aditya Birla Captial (Health Insurance) as Aditya Birla team and Ola combinely provided a Tailored Instant policy without even verifying medical tests and Pre-existing conditions.
Complaint: Based on the Ola Health Insurance Terms and Conditions , OLA States it trusts customers on the terms mentioned in “Good Health Condition” and its clearly written as a person will be medically fit if he/she doesnot have history of Hypertension “.
INSURANCE(mentioned if customer is eligible if Hypertension history of less than 20 yrs ) – But TPA(Rejected stating that Hypertension is existing condition). We bought policy only after confirming terms and conditions from OLA Insurance as mentioned in proof Image attached
